At Sage Boheme, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our shipping procedures, estimated delivery times, and important information regarding your order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

Domestic Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Sage Boheme is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Sage Boheme is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
